Activity monitoring

This platform records participant activity data to ensure contest integrity and system security. Data is accessible only to administrators with super-admin privileges.

Data recorded

• Navigation paths within the platform (no sensitive query parameters).
• Challenge interactions: keystroke count, submission attempts and result (correct / incorrect).
• Login events: status (success, failure or rate-limited), browser locale, and attempted identity.
• Audit log of administrative operations: creation, modification and deletion of entities.

Data NOT collected

No IP address, user agent, geolocation data, or device information is stored.

Retention

Records are kept according to the retention policy configured by the administrator (default 365 days) and are automatically purged once that period expires.
